Dan Murphy’s tasked us with coming up with a ‘theme’ that would cut through an already cluttered world of wine awards. 

We came up with the Decoded Wine Awards, which are designed to make wine more approachable and take the wankiness out of wine tasting. The aim is in the name: we decoded wine by stripping it back to basics and gave wine lovers and others the permission to simply enjoy it.
